Upgrading to ARP head studs provides a major reliability boost over standard or budget aftermarket fasteners, which are far more susceptible to stretching under load. Once a stud stretches, consistent and accurate head‑torque becomes impossible, increasing the risk of head‑gasket failure. ARP studs eliminate this issue by delivering exceptional strength, stability, and repeatable clamping force.

This complete kit replaces every critical fastener in the cylinder‑head and rocker‑gear assembly. It includes the main head studs, rocker‑pedestal studs, and all required nuts and washers. Ours are for the  11‑stud cylinder‑head configurations (WP engines are built this way), but there is a 9 stud option
