Wood and Pickett would like to introduce the ultimate EFI kit for the Rover MPI Mini a “Drive by Wire” system bringing 21st century refinement and tune ability to the platform. Using all Bosch components for ultimate quality and reliability. We’ve really pushed the integration of the kit so that it appears to have rolled out of the factory this way, tough job but it’s worth it, the bespoke air box and packaging really finishes off the engine bay of the MPI cars.

• Improved idle and start calibration Cold and hot start behaviour is easier to tune, with no need for additional idle valves or auxiliary hardware.
• Customisable throttle progression Tailor the pedal response to suit your driving style—soft and smooth for road use or sharp and immediate for a sportier feel. An optional cabin mounted switch allows on the fly selection.
• Powered by the D700 ECU Unlike standard EFI kits that use the D400, this system runs the far more capable D700, offering the processing power required for DBW control and advanced strategies.
• MAP based calibration Ensures stable, accurate fuelling across all load conditions.
• Integrated wideband control The D700’s onboard wideband controller is fully utilised, and a Bosch wideband sensor is included.
• Direct fit wiring loom Designed as a true drop in solution for the MPI engine bay, retaining the original carbon evap purge system for proper emissions functionality.
